Αν οι Χριστιανοί δεν ομολογούν την Πίστη τους...
If Christians do not confess their faith...
- Geronda, are we then always to confess our faith?
-Discernment is needed. There are times when we should not speak out, and other times when we should confess our faith with courage, otherwise we will bear a responsibility, for not speaking out. During these difficult years, each one of us, must do whatever is humanly possible.
Whatever is not humanly possible, leave it to God. This way we will have a clear conscience that we did what we could. If we do not resist these evil things, our ancestors will rise up from their graves against us.
Greece, Orthodox Cristianity with her Sacred Tradition, her Saints and heroes, is under attack by the Greeks themselves and we do not speak! It is a terrible thing! If Christians do not confess their faith, if they do not react, such people will do even worse things. But if they react,then they'll think twice about it.

- Δηλαδή, Γέροντα, πρέπει πάντα να ομολογούμε το «πιστεύω» μας;
-Χρειάζεται διάκριση. Είναι φορές που δεν πρέπει να μιλήσουμε και άλλες φορές που πρέπει να ομολογούμε με παρρησία το «πιστεύω» μας, γιατί φέρουμε ευθύνη, αν δεν μιλήσουμε.
Σ΄ αυτά τα δύσκολα χρόνια ο καθένας μας πρέπει να κάνει ό,τι γίνεται ανθρωπίνως
και ό,τι δεν γίνεται ανθρωπίνως να το αφήνει στον Θεό.
Έτσι θα έχουμε ήσυχη την συνείδησή μας ότι κάναμε εκείνο που μπορούσαμε. Αν δεν αντιδράσουμε, θα σηκωθούν οι πρόγονοί μας από τους τάφους.
Η Ελλάδα, η Ορθοδοξία με την Παράδοσή της, τους Αγίους και τους ήρωές της, να πολεμείται από τους ίδιους τους Έλληνες και εμείς να μη μιλάμε! Είναι φοβερό! Αν οι Χριστιανοί δεν ομολογήσουν, δεν αντιδράσουν, αυτοί θα κάνουν χειρότερα. Ενώ αν αντιδράσουν, θα το σκεφτούν.
Για την αρετή της διάκρισης μάς μιλάει και ο Άγιος Ιωάννης ο Σιναΐτης. Σχολιάστε τα λόγια του.
Ο έχων (αυτός που έχει) διάκριση γνωρίζει αν θα μιλήσει, τι θα πει, πότε θα μιλήσει, γιατί θα μιλήσει και πόσο θα πει.
Η απουσία διάκρισης γεννά την υπερβολή, τον φανατισμό, την άδικη κατάκριση, την δειλία, την βραδύτητα του πνεύματος, την στείρα και μη καρποφόρα ζωή, ουσιαστικά γεννά την μνησικακία προς τον συνάνθρωπο και το Θεό.
